Two Private Bedrooms. A Practical Single-Level Layout.
The Antaly 30ft Expandable Modular Home combines two enclosed bedrooms with shared living and dining space, a kitchen area, and a separate bathroom. The layout brings everyday facilities together while keeping sleeping rooms private.
Its expandable structure travels in a folded configuration before opening into a wider footprint at the installation site. The 30ft format offers a size option between Antaly's smaller 20ft units and larger 40ft configurations.
Consider this model for a guest accommodation project, vacation property, or residential installation where local requirements allow. Confirm the floor plan, included fixtures, utility provisions, and site responsibilities before ordering.

Interior Layout
Two Bedrooms
Two enclosed rooms provide separate sleeping spaces away from the shared living area. Review furniture placement, storage, door clearances, ventilation, and required emergency escape openings in the final floor plan.
Living and Dining Space
The shared area can be arranged for seating and dining, with clear circulation to the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and entrance. Confirm whether the dining area is open to the living room or separately defined in the selected plan.
Kitchen Area
A designated kitchen area supports the agreed cabinetry, countertop, sink, storage, and appliance arrangement. Confirm appliance sizes, electrical loads, ventilation, and utility connections before approving the package.
Private Bathroom
The proposed bathroom package may include a shower, wash basin, mirror cabinet, toilet, and a textured-glass partition for wet and dry separation.
Available finish details include UV wall panels, SPC flooring, an insulated base, and protective underside components. Confirm fixture models, waterproofing details, ventilation, hot-water equipment, and supplied plumbing infrastructure in the quotation.

Electrical, Plumbing, and Climate Control
Confirm electrical supply voltage, frequency, circuit protection, outlet locations, and lighting for the installation location. Plumbing provisions must be coordinated with the site's water supply and wastewater arrangements.
Discuss heating, cooling, ventilation, and water-heating equipment separately. The required systems depend on climate, occupancy, glazing, and the final building assembly.
Pre-installed infrastructure does not remove the need for site connections, testing, and qualified installation where required.
Potential Applications
- Two-bedroom residential projects, where approved
- Guest accommodation
- Vacation homes and short-term rentals, where permitted
- Live/work arrangements, subject to zoning and occupancy requirements
- Staff or student accommodation projects
- Remote property accommodation with suitable utility systems
Permanent housing, rental occupancy, and other uses depend on local planning, building, fire safety, accessibility, and occupancy requirements. Approval is not automatic.
Off-grid operation requires separately specified power, water, and wastewater systems. These systems are not included unless listed in the quotation.
What's Included
The proposed package includes the 30ft expandable structure, specified installed windows and doors, a pre-framed two-bedroom arrangement with designated living, dining, kitchen, and bathroom areas, and the listed electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
Confirm completed interior finishes, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, bathroom fixtures, and all equipment in an itemized quotation. A pre-framed layout should not be interpreted as a fully furnished or occupancy-ready home.
The approved drawings and signed quotation determine all included items. Appliances, furniture, HVAC, water heating, delivery, unloading, foundations, installation, permits, engineering, and site utility connections are included only when expressly listed.
Technical Documents and Customization
Request the floor plan, 3D view, and roof and elevation drawings for the selected two-bedroom configuration. If alternative plans are available, review their actual differences before selecting a layout.
Discuss a studio arrangement, alternative partitions, kitchen layouts, bathroom packages, wall finishes, flooring, and exterior colors with Antaly. Changes are subject to design review and quotation.
Standard product documents do not replace site-specific engineering or permit documentation where required.
Delivery and Installation
Before delivery, confirm site access, unloading space, transport requirements, and the prepared foundation or supporting surface. Follow the approved instructions for unfolding, positioning, securing, sealing, and anchoring the unit.
Installation time depends on site readiness, equipment, labor, and the selected package. Unfolding the structure is only one stage; utility connections, testing, finishing work, and required inspections must be completed before occupancy.
