Compact Space. A Layout That Fits Your Project.
The Antaly 10ft Expandable Modular Home provides a compact structure with a sleeping area and a separate bathroom. Choose a proposed layout with a kitchenette or discuss an alternative arrangement with a study area.
The structure travels in a folded configuration before opening into a wider footprint at the installation site. Its compact format offers an option for guest accommodation, a weekend retreat, or other small-space projects where local requirements allow.
Confirm room divisions, furniture clearances, included fixtures, utility provisions, and installation requirements against the approved drawings before ordering.

Choose Your Interior Layout
Option A — Sleeping Area, Kitchenette, and Bathroom
This proposed configuration combines a sleeping area with a compact kitchenette and a separate bathroom. Confirm whether the sleeping area is enclosed or part of an open layout, along with bed size, storage, and circulation clearances.
The kitchenette package should identify the supplied cabinetry, countertop, sink, appliance provisions, ventilation, and utility connections. Appliances are included only when listed in the quotation.
Option B — Sleeping Area, Study, and Bathroom
This alternative configuration provides a sleeping area, a study or work area, and a separate bathroom. Review desk placement, storage, daylight, and movement between areas against the final plan.
A kitchenette is not listed in Option B. If cooking facilities are required, request a revised layout and quotation.
Bathroom Package
The proposed bathroom package may include a shower, wash basin, mirror cabinet, toilet, and a textured-glass partition for wet and dry separation.
Available finish details include UV wall panels, SPC flooring, an insulated base, and protective underside components. Confirm fixture models, waterproofing details, ventilation, hot-water equipment, and plumbing provisions before ordering.
Suitable water supply and wastewater arrangements are required at the installation site.

Utilities and Optional Solar Planning
Confirm electrical supply voltage, frequency, circuit protection, outlet locations, and lighting before manufacturing. Water, wastewater, ventilation, and hot-water arrangements must be coordinated with the site and selected fixtures.
Ask Antaly whether a solar package is available for your configuration. Solar panels, batteries, inverters, mounting, wiring, and electrical integration require a separately specified system.
Off-grid operation also requires suitable water and wastewater systems. Neither pre-installed wiring nor an optional solar package alone makes the unit a complete off-grid home.
Potential Applications
- Compact guest accommodation
- Weekend retreat or cabin projects
- Small-scale rental accommodation, where permitted
- Study or live/work arrangements, subject to the selected plan
- Emergency or transitional accommodation projects, subject to approval
- Accessory dwelling projects where local size and layout requirements allow
ADU approval, residential occupancy, rental use, and other applications depend on local planning, building, fire safety, accessibility, and sanitation requirements. Approval is not automatic, and some locations may require more space or different facilities.
What's Included
The proposed package includes the expandable modular structure, specified installed windows and doors, the agreed pre-framed interior arrangement, and listed electrical and plumbing infrastructure.
Confirm interior finishes, flooring, lighting, kitchenette items, bathroom fixtures, and all equipment in an itemized quotation. Pre-framed interiors and installed infrastructure should not be interpreted as a fully furnished or occupancy-ready unit.
The approved drawings and signed quotation determine all included items. Furniture, appliances, HVAC, water heating, solar equipment, foundations, permits, engineering, delivery, unloading, installation, and site utility connections are included only when expressly listed.
Delivery and Installation
Before delivery, confirm site access, unloading space, required handling equipment, and the prepared foundation or supporting surface. Follow the approved instructions for unfolding, positioning, structural securing, weather sealing, and anchoring.
Installation time depends on site readiness, equipment, labor, and the selected package. Opening the structure is only one stage; utility connections, testing, finishing work, and required inspections must be completed before occupancy.
This modular structure should not be assumed to have an RV chassis, road-towing capability, or RV-standard utility connections unless specifically confirmed.
Technical Documents and Customization
Request the floor plan, 3D view, and roof and elevation drawings for the selected layout. Confirm that the dimensions, roof profile, fixtures, and door and window arrangements match the model being ordered.
Discuss alternative finishes, layout adjustments, larger units, and multi-unit projects with Antaly. Ask about branding options for accommodation projects, subject to availability and quotation.
Standard product documents do not replace site-specific engineering or permit documentation where required.
