The base layout provides an unpartitioned work area that can be planned for individual desks, shared tables, storage, and circulation. Confirm workstation capacity against furniture dimensions, exit routes, ventilation, and applicable occupancy requirements.
Private Offices and Meeting Rooms
Discuss partitions for enclosed offices, a conference room, or a visitor reception area. Partition locations affect daylight, access, utility routing, and the remaining open workspace.
Optional Kitchenette
A kitchenette can be specified with the agreed cabinetry, countertop, sink, and appliance provisions. Confirm water supply, drainage, electrical requirements, and included equipment in the quotation.
Optional Bathroom
A bathroom can be discussed where site utilities and local requirements allow. Fixture options may include a toilet, wash basin, mirror cabinet, and, where specified, a shower with a textured-glass partition.
Bathroom fixtures, finishes, ventilation, hot-water equipment, and plumbing connections are optional unless expressly included in the order.
