The one-bedroom layout separates the sleeping area from everyday living activities. Windows provide natural light, while finished wall and ceiling panels, SPC flooring, electrical wiring, and plumbing provisions support the final fit-out.

Bathroom options may include a shower, toilet, wash basin, mirror cabinet, and a glass partition for wet and dry separation. The included fixtures and their specifications are determined by the final order.

Bathroom finish options may include UV wall panels, SPC flooring, an insulated base, and protective underside components. Water supply and wastewater connections must be arranged for the installation site.

Construction Specifications

Confirm the final material specification and any required structural, fire, thermal, electrical, or other compliance documentation for your project location. Site-specific wind and snow requirements must be reviewed before purchase.

Door and Window Options

Available options may include aluminum alloy or thermally broken aluminum frames with double glazing, glazed entrance doors, alternative security doors, bedroom doors, and glazed bathroom doors.

Selected packages may offer tempered glazing, fingerprint locks, or alternative window frames. Confirm door types, glazing specifications, hardware, and opening styles in the final quotation.
